About the Item
Decorative French birdcage in brass and glass, crafted in high quality circa 1880–1920.
The construction features patinated brass with an arched top and a decorative finial with suspension ring. The lower section is framed with frosted glass panels, each adorned with floral motifs and set in brass frames.
The base is solid and raised on four small feet.
Fitted with perches, a side door, and a sliding tray for easier cleaning.
Carefully repolished to preserve the original, beautiful, and natural patina.
