19th Century Large Antique Leather Traveling Luggage with Brass Accents

About the Item

This beautiful 19th Century large scale Antique leather traveling bag or luggage is truly a special piece. The bag opens and all of the brass hardware is in working condition. The bag is in the shape of a Dr's medicine bag but much larger - like a modern day weekender bag. The leather has an amazing patina and has been leather conditioned to keep it soft. If one continues to condition and treat it it will last for another century and beyond! Beautiful for display, decorative uses, or even for gently carrying belongings
