19th Century Victorian Pair Of Brass Davy & Co Yacht Cabin Oil Lamps c.1890
About the Item
Antique 19th Century Victorian pair of oil lamps by Davey & Co London Ltd. Made from brass and bevelled glass, with a faceted panel in the back to reflect the light, these lamps were used to light the insides of yacht cabins but could be carried by the handles on top. This pair is in exceptional condition as they still have the glass flame guards, most examples do not have the originals or any at all. A wonderful decorative item for any house or classic boat.
