ABOUT A handmade, antique trunk with metal top, steel corners, cast iron handles and brass key hole. Studded with bronze screws and washers on all sides. "RPW" is monogrammed on top framed by rivets. Constructed of solid Redwood. CREATOR Unknown. DATE OF MANUFACTURE c.1850-1920. MATERIALS AND TECHNIQUES Redwood, Steel, Metal, Cast Iron, Bronze. CONDITION Good. Wear consistent with age and use. Three screws are missing. Missing inner tray. DIMENSIONS H 20.25 in. W 38 in. D 19.75 in., Inner Dimensions: H 18 in. W 34 3/8 in. D 15.75 in. HISTORY Unknown.
