Jugendstil brown maple wood brass coat rack or coat stand designed and manufactured in Vienna circa 1910.
An outstanding Jugendstil Vintage coat rack or coat stand features 31 solid brass hooks and an integrated umbrella stand.
This coat rack or coat stand shows freestanding advantages ideal for an anteroom or entry hall. The craftsmen, who made out this high-quality
coat rack few decades ago, made sure, that the coat rack would be a timeless and practical furniture for offices and anterooms.
The coat rack consists of solid brass, brass sheet metal, handmade brass screws and maple tree. Two drip trays were made of tinplate.
The coat rack is carefully cleaned, the wooden parts are shellac polished and the solid brass parts are polished by expert´s hands.
This restored high-quality piece has no defects, it might show minor signs of age, that expresses character and history.
Through the beautiful warm brown wooden tone and the proud golden brass details the coat rack is a real beauty.
As it is a high quality furniture piece it would work perfectly with contemporary interior as well as rustic designs or classic interiors.
