About the Item

Fabulous traditional freestanding coat rack in solid mahogany wood and solid brass hooks. Also commonly referred to as a hat stand, hall tree, or coat stand. It's influenced by Arts and Crafts, or Colonial Revival design elements. A classic timeless, and luxurious style inspired by the late 19th and early 20th century. The coat rack is constructed from a rich, dark-stained solid mahogany, features a sturdy central, tall, square-profiled pillar, topped with a decorative cap. Around the upper portion of the pillar are four solid brass hooks, for hanging coats, hats, scarves, and other accessories. The X-base is substantial and four-legged with decorative paw feet, flaring out from the central pillar to provide stability, ensuring the rack remains upright even when loaded with garments, prioritizing both functionality and a dignified presence. This coat rack looks striking and magnificent with rich deep mahogany; its classic design evokes a sense of timeless elegance, fitting well into traditional or formal entryways, foyers, or hallway settings. Generation after generation chooses this timeless aesthetic style for elegance and function. This piece will bring a sense of history and elegance to any interior at home or office.
