About the Item
This most unusual and interesting fully restored Mid-Century Modern comfortable 3-legged bench is a combination of polished brass and steel with side arms that are upholstered. The legs can swivel and move around but this is the sturdy composition of the bench. It has two applied brass fleur-de-lis or leaf raised pattern on the front brass panels. It has good weight to it. It has been reupholstered in an off-white lovely textural fabric. The brass and steel have been polished at one time about 6 years ago. It is sold as is now. The configuration of the upholstery is the same as when it was originally made. There was a new wood seat made and all new dacron was placed inside. Here are some additional dimensions: seat width 33.5" W /L, seat depth is 16", seat height is 18.5", seat width is 33.5" with the arms the width is 37" W/L. The height of the upholstered side arms is 23" H. We have never seen another bench like this one. It has some whimsy to it along with a sophistication. There are many restoration costs involved.
