Pair Of Elegant Antique Pleated Velvet Upholstered Benches
About the Item
The rectangular tops are mounted on separately made wide carved bow shaped frames ending in scrolled feet. Brass rosettes are attached to the scrolled feet that are raised on gilt wood ball feet. Finely made ring turned stretchers are on the sides with the centers wrapped in brass. The benches are upholstered in lovely custom ecru pleated velvet in a zig zag pattern with coordinating braid trim. The wood is in a fine satin polished finish.
Dimensions: 35" wide legs x 17" deep x 18" high
Condition: Please review the detail photos. There is some minor wear to the legs. One ball foot is cracked and there is slight fabric wear mentioned for accuracy as the presentation is extraordinary.
