About the Item

This elegant pair of Spanish gilt iron benches was recently handcrafted by skilled artisans using traditional iron working methods and materials. The hand forged, hammered frames feature slightly twisted stretchers with decorative rosettes at the ends. The rich gilt finish is hand applied. The seats are finished in plain muslin, ready to be reupholstered in the fabric of your choice. Measuring 18.5 inches in height, 25.5 inches wide and 14.5 inches deep, these charming benches are well suited to a variety of interiors and their versatility makes them an invaluable addition. These beautiful benches are part of our vintage-inspired collection of recently made items. We have selected our favorite designs and have commissioned expert craftsmen to fabricate them using traditional methods and materials and with specific instructions to recreate the patinas and imperfections that you would find in vintage pieces.
