Pair of Neoclassical Revival Carved Wooden Benches
About the Item
A pair of neoclassical stools in the Empire style, the stools have caned seats, wood is carved and gilded in the classical style. The stools or benches with caned seats in light yellow tone with areas which appear to be gold leafed. Upper and lower corner areas of benches have spiral detail. Centers have gold toned floral medallion structures. Each measures approximately 29 inches long 21 inches tall 18 inches deep. Vintage benches, Victorian benches, caned benches in modified X-form.
