Small Spanish Gilt Iron Bench with Scrolled Feet

About the Item

This elegant small scale iron bench was recently handcrafted by skilled European artisans using traditional iron-working techniques and materials. It features elegantly scrolled legs and a stretcher with a decorative twist detail. The hand forged iron base has a rich hand applied gold gilt patina. The seat is finished in plain muslin and is ready to be reupholstered in the fabric of your choice. Measuring 17 inches in height, 18.5 inches wide and 16.5 inches deep, its compact size makes it perfect for a dressing or sitting room. Well suited to a variety of interiors and settings, this bench will make an elegant addition to any space. This beautiful bench is part of our vintage-inspired collection of recently made items. We have selected our favorite designs and have commissioned expert craftsmen to fabricate them using traditional methods and materials with specific instructions to recreate the patinas and imperfections that you would find in vintage pieces.
