Spanish Gilt Iron Bench with Scrolled Feet

About the Item

This elegant Spanish gilt iron bench was recently hand crafted by skilled European artisans using traditional iron-working techniques and materials. The hand forged iron base features an elegantly curved frame, a stretcher with a decorative center ring detail, and graceful legs with scrolled feet. The rich gold gilt patina is hand applied. The seat is finished in plain muslin, ready to be reupholstered in your choice of fabric. Measuring 18 inches high, 25.5 inches wide and 16.5 inches deep, this wonderful bench is well suited to a variety of spaces, and makes a versatile, elegant addition to any room. This charming Spanish gilt iron bench is part of our vintage-inspired collection of recently made items. We have selected our favorite designs and have commissioned expert craftsmen to fabricate them using traditional methods and materials with specific instructions to recreate the patinas and imperfections that you would find in vintage pieces.
