French Giltwood Bergere Chair, 19th Century

About the Item

This bergere chair from France has exquisite style and Form. It is very comfortable due to the shape of the back and the seat. The curve of the back is very Pleasing. The gilding is a light gold original hue And the patina is pleasing. The carving at the crest Is beautifully carved and fine quality. The legs are Reeded in the Louis XVI style. The upholstery is new And the color is a creamy beige gold hue.
