About the Item
Here is a beautiful and feminine pair of Louis XVI style bergere chairs. The color palette is a light blue/gray with ivory color paint through the trim with the patina and natural wood showing through in various places with chipped paint. The details on the trim and legs are exquisite. These feature a down cushion and have been newly upholstered in ticking over the past couple of years. Reupholster over the ticking to a fabric of your choice or leave as is. These are extremely comfortable and are stable. These are a great pair of chairs to add to any design space. Feature these in a master suite with a cocktail table or in a living space near a fireplace. The options are endless.
There are light stains on the upholstery in places and chipped paint with imperfections due to the wear, age and transporting of piece. Reupholster over the ticking or use as is. These chairs are stable.
