1960s Mid-Century Modern Woven Rattan Wicker Basket Chair with Iron Base

About the Item

Beautiful vintage rattan basket chair with iron base from the 1960s. The chair has a woven rattan seat shell and a lacquered iron frame. The seat is loose and can be removed from the base. This beautiful chair would be a perfect addition to your outdoor space or decorated with a cosy sheepskin, the chair would also make a lovely addition to any child's bedroom. This type of chair is extremely decorative and functional - not to mention very comfortable! Very good vintage & 100% original condition. Design & manufacture: Europe, 1960s. Height: 69 cm 70 cm in diameter This is an original piece and has lived a life before. Therefore it will show signs of wear and/or patina, which gives the chair its unique and charming look.
