About the Item
Circa 1940 French Regency Revival arm chair made from mahogany. The frame is beautifully constructed from mahogany and inlaid with satinwood and ebony. The splats are wonderfully inlaid and have a central hand carved lozenges, following down to a comfortable seat and supported on splayed legs in the back and tapered legs in the front, ending in spear feet. The seat height is 19 inches in height and the arm height is 27.25 inches in height.
