A very cool and comfortable MCM leather and iron butterfly chair, circa 1960s. The piece is in very good vintage condition with a nice patina. and measures 16"W x 29"D x 36"H. #3322
The butterfly chair, also known as a BKF chair or Hardoy chair, is a style of chair featuring a metal frame and a large sling hung from the frame's highest points, creating a suspended seat. The frame of the chair is painted black and the sling was leather. The design is popular for portable recreational seating.
