INDOOR/OUTDOOR Sign by Piergiorgio Cazzaniga, with its sinuous and ergonomic lines, is a chair and armchair project, representing a turning point for MDF Italia collection since 2006. In 2017, the collection was renewed with Sign Filo and Sign Matt: the latter represents the natural development of the original model, always coming both as a chair and comfortable armchair. Thanks to its matt finish, available in three different shades, it can be inserted harmoniously in every environment, both indoor and outdoor. Its unique and original shape stands out in outdoor spaces such as gardens, terraces, parks, porticoes, beaches. The plus of Sign Matt . An unmistakable iconic line . Fit for indoor and outdoor spaces . Available as a chair and as an armchair . Three different colours. A natural evolution of the Sign project, which with its classic glossy finish transforms into a striking single-material unit with a matt finish. The new material and the wide chromatic range make it possible to use this product both indoors and outdoors. Structure and finish The single-material load-bearing structure is in polyethylene (PE)*, moulded with rotational moulding technology. Available in matt variants in the colours white, mud, and cement. Only white, the purest and most delicate colour, is made with a particular mixture called EASY CLEAN. A specific additive added to the initial plastic material facilitates the cleaning and the maintenance phases. *The material (PE) can present some impurities internally, due to particular production treatments, which are included in the accepted quality standards. Supplied with a removable foot, easily interchangeable to ensure perfect adaptation to every type of surface or flooring. A version with a dripping hole is available for both the chair and the armchair. The hole cap is in white for the S005 white and S036 cement finishes, in black for the S050 mud finishes. Wide color range availibility (extra from the standard) for lot >25 pieces (per color). ANY MATERIAL LEFT OUTDOOR, EVEN IF PROPERLY TREATED, DUE TO THE ACTION OF WEATHERING, CAN HAVE SUPERFICIAL MOLECULAR AND COLOUR CHANGES DURING ITS LIFETIME. OF COURSE THE AMOUNT OF ALTERATION IS DIRECTLY RELATED TO THE AMOUNT OF EXPOSURE TO WEATHER AND TO THE GEOGRAPHICAL AREA FOR EX., HIGH HUMIDITY AND/OR SALINITY . REGULAR MAINTENANCE, FOR INSTANCE PERIODIC CLEANING WITH WATER, INCREASES RESISTANCE TO CORROSION. FOR THESE REASONS IT IS ADVISABLE TO NOT ALLOW WATER TO FORM POOLS ON THE SEAT. TIP THE PRODUCT TO ENSURE THAT RAINWATER WILL DRAIN PROPERLY, COVER OR PUT THE FURNITURE AWAY DURING THE WINTER, AND WASH ALL SURFACES WITH WATER AND NEUTRAL DETERGENT.
