Direct from France, a fabulous pair of antique arm chairs with all the BARLEY TWIST. Barley twist arms, barley twist posts, barley twist legs, barley twist stretchers!
And their RENASSANCE style cannot be denied with the unique, dimensionally carved sitting LIONS on the end of each arm…superb!! Completing the fabulous look, the chairs are done in a stunning fleur de lis upholstery, both top and seats, with brass tack accents.
Perfect to compliment any décor, imagine them fireside, or in a dining room to compliment your side chairs, or in a foyer flanking a console table, they truly have endless possibilities. Sturdy and strong, suitable for everyday use. Quality throughout, well built by craftsmen of the period, circa1900.
