Scandinavian Swedish pine log stump chair "kubbstol" 1970s

About the Item

Lovely pine log chair often named Kubbstol or Kubbestol. This wonderful handmade solid pine chair came to us as Swedish although several Scandinavian countries like Norway made these chairs. This version probably dates from the 1970s and is in great vintage condition with only some minor wear near the bottom. Needless to say all other imperfections are by Mother Nature and were there when this chair was crafted. We believe the chair has probably been finished at one point in time and now has this wonderful warm color.
