Fratelli Podestà, 8 Dining Chairs ''Campanino 900'' Model, Chiavari, 1950s
By Fratelli Podestà
Located in Chiavari, Liguria
A beautiful and rare set of eight dining chairs ''Campanino 900'' model, manufactured by Fratelli Podestà in the late 1950s.

Made of beech painted in a cherrywood essence, this model has a frame which weight just 1,700 kg (for a total of 2,1 kg with its drawn guinea cane seat).

Names of the likes as Luigi Caccia Dominioni, Ignazio Gardella, Piero Bottoni, Gio Ponti, Azucena, Gianfranco Frattini have often used Chiavari chairs...
