A Charming Set of Nine French 19th-20th Century Louis XV Style Gildwood Carved Opera-Concert Side Chairs. The delicately carved frames feature intricate motifs including seashells, scrolls, acanthus leaves, and flowers, elegantly supported by four cabriolet legs connected with an 'X' stretcher. Each chair boasts cane backs and seats, complemented by recent muslin seat cushions, awaiting re-upholstery. Circa: Paris, 1900.

- Condition:Repaired: Some gilt touch ups and small old carving repairs. One chair with a bit darker gilt. Please view all images. Additions or alterations made to the original: Muslin cushions are later. Wear consistent with age and use. Minor fading. A rare set of opera chairs. Overall condition is fair to good, with wear consistent with age & use. Cane is all there, areas of gilt-touch ups, minor carving losses/wear. The muslin seat cushions are removable & tied on back, minor stains. See photos.
