About the Item
These Cantilever vintage chairs are made in Italy from the 70ties
In the manner of Marcel Breuer the chairs are strongly inspired by the Bauhaus Movement and also from Finland Designer Alvar Aalto.
It has the same design as the well known Marcel Breuer Cesca Chair.
Instead of chrome tubular steel, bentwood was used for the frame that also has references to Alvar Aalto.
So it has references of 2 Modern Design Chair Icons.
The original cane is in good condition with no defects.
It has developed a beautiful patina over the years..
Stained Teak/ mahogany coloured Beechwood and birch plywood was used.
Best craftmanship.
Producer is unknown.It has the old sellers Label from the Munichs traditional Design Chair store with Name "Stuhl Kadeder".
Also on 1 Chair is has a Made in italy label.
