The daybed has a walnut timber base with leather cushion accented with solid brass back legs and back support. The front legs are bronzed turned steel. For comfort the daybed is finished with a large goose feather velvet back cushion.

This modern, Brutalist inspired daybed is set on a hand carved hardwood base which is burnished and polished black. The base supports a steel section which has a hair on hide, removable cushion. The hide is a tan Nguni cow skin, the Nguni cow is a prized cow in the Royal families of KZN where the daybed is made.
The Blessing daybed is good for use indoors and would complement any style of interior from Modern, Mid Century modern, Minimal to Brutalist. It also fits very well into interiors that favor natural material, where a Wabi Sabi aesthetic is desired.
