About the Item

Rare and very cool Danish Large scale club chair from the post Art Deco period of the mid to late 1930s. Very rare find. Fantastic hand carved uprights and armrests in solid oak. The red wool fabric and padding have been added later and remains in very good clean and still usable condition. Very strong statement piece for the living room or perhaps man cave. Negligible signs of wear to the wood base and armrests. The seat and back are spring loaded and remain tight and supportive. Overall very good vintage condition. We do offer reupholstery services for this chair at very competitive prices.
