1950's French Upholstered Chairs By Vibo Vesoul - Good Quantities Available.
A very unusual find for us we sourced these from a college library in central France. Vibo Vesoul was a niche French workshop best known for its work with the French designers Adrien Audoux and Frida Minet. These chairs are very much inspired by the arts and crafts movement with confident angles and the stepped back rail. Made in solid oak they have been rejuvenated on our workshop where we also reupholstered them. The listing is for one chair but we have a number available. Seat height 46 cm.
Workshop Report:
Our workshop team inspect every product and carry out any needed repairs to ensure that everything leaves us serviced and maintained ready for many more years of life. All of our vintage products show the rich beauty and history of their life with the knocks and bumps of many years of use and we try to minimise restoration to keep every piece as original as possible.
