About the Item
1950’s Slatted Green French Outdoor Folding Chairs – Good Quantity Available.
It’s very hard to find these slatted folding chairs and this is a good batch that we found tucked away in a café warehouse stored for many years. Good quality French made steel frames with the original slats all in good condition. The chairs are sturdy and fold well but as you would expect of chairs of this age and folding design they do have some movement. All the slats are solid but some have good wear and knocks on the ends of the slats where they have been moved, stacked and knocked over the years, but that character is what we love. Our workshop services each chair before they leave us. Seat Height: 48cm

All of our vintage products show the rich beauty and history of their life with the knocks and bumps of many years of use and we try to minimise restoration to keep every piece as original as possible.
