Four chairs with straw backs. Handmade, with lines inspired by the Empire style, characterised by the sobriety and elegance of the shapes. The backs have horizontal crossbars, with the centre one cut out and decorated with a simple geometric motif. The seats are made of plaited straw, a traditional technique that guarantees lightness and ventilation, although they show some wear and need restoration. The front legs are straight, while the back legs are slightly curved, contributing to the aesthetic balance of the piece. The chairs are joined by crossbars that reinforce their structure and stability.
