About the Item

Small chair with straw seat and back. Inspired by art nouveau, it has a back and seat made of straw, plaited by hand. The structure has elegant, flowing lines, with special emphasis on the sabre-shaped front legs, which give the piece its lightness. The wide, slightly curved backrest provides comfort and ergonomics and is framed by a wooden frame with a gently undulating profile. The general condition of the straw shows visible wear, which is common in pieces of this age, but the structure remains firm and aesthetically appealing.
