About the Item

Brutalist Dining Chair in Solid Oak with Bouclé Upholstery, France, 1950s — 20 Available This impressive Brutalist dining chair was crafted in solid oak, France, circa the 1950s. This sculptural piece reflects Brutalist design's bold architectural language, characterized by its monolithic form, geometric lines, and raw materiality. The chair features a high, carved backrest with an organic, totem-like silhouette, balanced by a round seat newly upholstered in luxurious white bouclé. The sturdy, splayed legs contribute to its grounded, almost primitive presence. Each piece is handcrafted from solid oak with rich grain and natural patina. Perfect as a standalone accent chair or grouped for a dramatic dining arrangement. Twenty (20) chairs are available and are ideal for architects, interior designers, or commercial spaces seeking a powerful design statement. Sold individually, price per chair.
