Early 20th Century Spanish Baroque Carved Walnut Chairs with Leather, Set of 8
About the Item
Dress a dining or breakfast table with this elegant suite of 8 side chairs! Crafted in Spain circa 1920 and built of walnut, each antique chair stands on carved legs ending with claw feet and decorated with a bottom stretcher; each seating features a tall arched and pitched back, and a wide and comfortable seat. The seat and backrest are upholstered in intricately embossed leather, adorned with elaborate floral and scroll patterns, adding a touch of elegance and sophistication. The leather is secured with a line of decorative metal studs along the edges, enhancing its antique aesthetic. The Louis XIII style dining chairs are in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, and adorn a rich walnut patina throughout the frame.
