Extraordinary Set of 8 George III Style Painted Shield Back Side Chairs

Superb Set of 8 George III style shield back side chairs with green faux leather seats, serpentine front, in a faux paint finish with hand painted foliate motifs, brass tack decoration with tapering front and gently splayed back legs.
Dimensions: 22 1/4" W, 20 1/2" D, 18 1/2" seat height and 37" H
Condition: Two of the chairs with previous professional repair to backsplat mentioned for accuracy; some age darkening to paint, minor imperfections to upholstery. Solid chairs with good joinery and a fantastic colorful presentation. See photos for details of condition.
