Sweepy lives up to its name with a backrest made from a single curve of solid ash and set in a squared-off frame. Available with or without arms, the seating comes in a natural finish or a trio of colors. Milan-based designer Kensaku Oshiro sets off the chair with an artisanal woven paper-cord seat for a comfortable resilience and tactile contrast
Systemic wooden chair collection ranging from chair to barstool, by combining elements – armrest, seat and legs – with the backrest carved by NC machine.
This collection can be decorated with various kind of space, from public accommodation such as café or library to residential area sequentially.
One of the charms is simple layered structures, which creates contrast between sculpturesque curved backrest and sharp profile. We find designer’s passion for details in it.
