About the Item

This pair of Austrian Midcentury beechwood chairs were designed by Anna Lülja Praun and produced by Wiesner Hager in Austria, 1950s. Anna Lülja Praun was together with Margarete Schütte Lihotzky a real female pioneer in Austrian Post War Architecture and Design. Influenced by Personalitys as Eileen Gray, Josef Frank and Clemens Holzmeister she created pure and organic shaped furniture, executed in highest quality craftsmanship. The two chairs still are in very good condition with renewed Bright grey blue fabric and ready to use.
