About the Item
The set of 4 dining chairs "Esse" designed by Italian designer Gigi Sabadin for Stilwood in 1973 is a remarkable example of 1970s design. These chairs are constructed from bent plywood with an ash veneer finish. The organic design gives the impression of being crafted from a single piece that has been cut and folded. Supported by three legs, it forms a floating shape that serves as both the seat and backrest. The open space in the backrest adds a sense of lightness to the overall appearance of the chair. These chairs are not only aesthetically pleasing but also practical. They are stackable, making them easy to store when not in use. Despite their age, these chairs are in excellent condition, with only normal signs of wear. This set of four "Esse" dining chairs is an excellent addition to any space, providing both functionality and unique design aesthetics.
