An elegant set of six late 19th century country French provincial ladder back dining chairs sourced directly from Provence, France. Beautifully handcrafted from solid oak, these chairs feature elegant carved ladder-back frames. Structurally restored for stability, the wood retains its naturally aged dark patina with a wax finish. The chairs come with handwoven rush seats in a lovely aged tan color. They stand on hand-carved legs joined by double stretchers, ending in classic toupie feet. Solid and stable, they showcase excellent joinery and craftsmanship, embodying a timeless French Country profile.
