Six Victorian 1880 Walnut Shepherds Crook Dining Chairs with Claw & Ball Feet
About the Item
We are delighted to offer this lovely suite of six original Victoria Walnut framed cabriolet legged dining chairs with Claw & Ball feet and Shepherds crook curved arms

These are a rare and decorative suite of chairs, they have walnut frames with Georgian Irish carved cabriolet legs and Shepherds crook arms on the carvers. The arm style dates back to the late 18th century and was designed by Robert Gillows
In terms of the condition they are well used, they have age and use related patina marks in the form of some chips and scratches on most pieces, the frames have all been checked, glued and clamped, the timber has been deep cleaned hand condition waxed and hand polished
