William & Mary Ladderback Chairs - a Pair
About the Item
A pair of William & Mary ladderback side chairs. Tall chair backs are constructed with three cross rails elaborately carved with serpentine scrolls and a central plume of feathers. Square seats are upholstered in a yellow fabric stitched with a small red dotted diamond motif. Front trumpet turned legs are supported with an H-stretcher and finished in ball feet. Dimensions per chair.
