19th Century French Louis XVI St. Patinated And Cane Duchesse Brisée
About the Item
A wonderful 19th century French Louis XVI st. patinated and cane Duchesse Brisée The three piece lady's seating group is raised by tapered fluted legs topped by corner block rosettes. The frieze is finely carved with a foliate band. Each caned armchair has scrolled arms and upholstered armrests. Both with caned backs and foliate reserves. The caned ottoman is likewise decorated, with an upholstered pillow. With all original warm patina. All with a dusty rose silk upholstery. Ottoman H: 19" L: 26" D: 21.5" Lower chair H: 26.5".
