A magnificent partial set of French directoire period seating in parcel paint and 24 karat gilding, original finish. The original custom upholstery depicts floral themes on a citrine color background. Similar in style and upholstery to a famous set Petit Trianon. In the style and period Jacob circa 1780.
No obvious markings on the piece.
In good condition. Gentle wear consistent with and use.
