Styled Round Table With Upholstered Chairs Circa 1950
A living room set consisting of a round table with four chairs. The set, dating back to the 1950s, is styled in the Biedermeier fashion. The round table stands on three curved legs positioned on a triangular base with concave sides. The chairs feature softly upholstered seats and backrests. The legs of the table and the front legs of the chairs are designed with lion's paw feet. The center of the table, the base, and the tops of the backrests are adorned with geometric inlays made of wood in a contrasting light color.
The set has been restored, lacquered, and fitted with new upholstery.
