About the Item

Deep seated Arts & Crafts recliner in oak, possibly English and possibly retailed by Heal's of London, from the early 20th century. Seat and back covered in what is most likely the original fabric. The back can be adjusted in 4 different positions by moving a stick behind the back. Perfect for the English Country House look or as stand alone piece in a library. Overall good vintage condition with normal ware consistent with age and use. Some ware to the fabric at the front of the seat.
