This striking lounge chair is an exceptional example of French Art Deco design from the 1930s. Characterized by its geometry and material contrast, the chair exudes both comfort and sophistication. Its robust silhouette is softened by the voluptuous curves of the armrests and backrest, upholstered in a soft moss green fabric. The oak base and side panels add visual weight and a warm, organic presence, beautifully balancing the softness of the upholstery. The dark-stained oak showcases elegant grain patterns, further enhancing the tactile richness of the piece.
Kindly note that this item is in used condition. This item contains threadbare upholstery with loose seams and small stains. Reupholstery can be done before shipping by our experienced craftspeople in our own in-house restoration atelier. With high attention for the original, they make sure every piece contains its value and is ready for the many years to come.
