Futuristic Space-Age Egg Lounge Chair by Lee Company
About the Item
Amazing formed fiberglass "Egg Chair" by Lee Company. Burbank, California. Circa. 1970's. Space-Age design with tulip base. Stereo speakers under fabric. Retains Lee label. Very good original condition with minor scuffing to fiberglass from age and use. Original fabric has wear, but padding is soft as intended. Could be enjoyed as it is, as a vintage, original piece of Mid-Century Modern history, but new upholstery would definitely enhance the chair.

Space Age pair of vintage lounge chairs with white lacquered bentwood frame and blue covered textile fabric cushions from 1960s.
While the white lacquered bentwood frame is in distressed condition with signs of age and use like fading, scuffs, abrasions and scratches, the original blue textile fabric is in fair condition, too. It shows some small stains and signs of use.
