Pair of lounge chairs, leather, mahogany, Italy, 1960s
This wonderful sturdy and voluminous lounge chair shows beautiful details and elegant lines. The 'ears' and armrest are beautifully formed. The backrest is tufted for a more Classic look and feel. The mahogany wooden frame is a nice open contrast to the closed solid seat. The chairs bear a striking resemblance to the works of Italian designer Gianfranco Frattini.
This chair is in good condition, the black leather has been replaced over time and is currently in great shape. Reupholstery is possible before shipping by our experienced craftsman and -women in our own in-house restoration atelier. With high attention for the original, they make sure every piece retains its value and is ready for the many years to come. We kindly ask you to contact our design experts for further information about the endless possibilities our restoration and upholstery atelier has to offer. Of course, a locally organized reupholstery is possible as well.
