- Condition:Wear consistent with age and use. Chair frame has isolated minor peppering and a dulled/scuffed finish on sides/lower sections from polishing; footstool less so. One footstool "foot" slightly raised. Upholstery/foam is passable, but a refresh is recommended to suit one's taste/décor.
