Large Off-White Textured Alpaca Lounge Chair, Denmark 1960s
About the Item
A large 1950s Danish lounge chair featuring a softly curved wingback, wavy profile arms, and four subtly tapered wooden legs with patinated brass capped feet. This stunning armchair has been freshly upholstered in a textured, off-white alpaca fabric and is accented with decorative button tufts along the wide backrest. With a deep, plush seat, we envision this chair being the perfect addition to a reading nook or cozy living room. Denmark, 1950s.
Condition: Excellent vintage condition. This lounge chair has been newly reupholstered in an off-white alpaca fabric with new medium density foam over coil springs. The wooden feet display light scratches an scuffs. A natural, aged patina is present along the brass capped feet.
