Maison Regain, pair of lounge chairs, elm, fabric, France, 1980s
Pure and beautiful set of lounge chairs by Maison Regain. These items were made in the 1980s, feature a blend of simplicity and richness in their appearance. Each chair shows a low and grounded profile shaped by rectilinear geometry and warm, solid elm construction. The base is defined by a pair of stacked horizontal slats of wood. Box-joint corners add strength while subtly highlighting the craftsmanship. Upholstered in a neutral-toned fabric, the seat and back cushions create a nice balance between structure and comfort.
Kindly note that these chairs are in good, used condition. The fabric shows signs of wear and use and a stain. Reupholstery can be done before shipping by our experienced craftspeople in our own in-house restoration atelier. With high attention for the original, they make sure every piece contains its value and is ready for the many years to come. We kindly ask you to contact our design experts for further information about the endless possibilities our restoration and upholstery atelier has to offer.
