Pierre Dariel, 'Hendaye' armchair, beech, cane, fabric, France, 1930s.  Sturdy and stylish 'Hendaye' model lounge chair, designed by Pierre Dariel in the 1930s. It features a solid beechwood frame with a woven cane seat and backrest. What makes this design unique is its clever folding mechanism, allowing the seat and backrest to adjust up or down. With its structured frame and distinctive armrests, it has a quite modern and sophisticated appearance that stands out. Please note that the cushions of this item are newly made in our in-house atelier and perfectly ready to enjoy for many years.
