Rare Pair of Modernist Lounge Chairs by Hans Kaufeld, 1960s
About the Item
Exceptional pair of lounge chairs made by Hans Kaufeld around 1960. These chairs are hard to find and clearly a tribute to the iconic Barcelona chairs by Mies Van Der Rohe which inspired many designers from the period. The chairs have a beautiful chrome plated flat steel frame with the original genuine black leather upholstery. They remain in very good condition for their age with minor traces of use. A truly remarkable find!
